The infisical module adds .infisical.json and a pnpm dev:secrets script (infisical run --env=dev -- turbo dev) that runs the dev servers with secrets from your Infisical instance instead of a local .env. It is off by default.
findplate create my-app --modules infisicalWhat it adds
Files and folders:
.infisical.json
Env keys
None.
Install the cli, run infisical login, then infisical init to fill the workspace id in .infisical.json. pnpm dev still reads the root .env. A compose file is in self-hosted tools.
Remove
Run findplate remove infisical in the project, see add and doctor. It deletes the files the module owns, strips its code from shared files and drops its packages, only where you haven't edited them.
If you'd rather do it by hand: for a new project leave infisical out of --modules. In a project that already exists, delete the paths above, drop its packages from the package.json files, remove its env block and fix what pnpm check-types reports.
Swap
To use another secrets manager, change the dev:secrets script in package.json to its runner, for example doppler run -- turbo dev.
